CAL Controller display says Park
If the display alternates between the normal temperature display and “PArK” on a CAL 3200, 3300, 9300, 9400 or 9500 controller, this mean that the controller does not have a setpoint set, and the control outputs will be off.
When first setup or following a reset to factory defaults, the controller initially says PArK. This will clear when the user enters a setpoint (hold down the * key and press UP).
You can also force the controller into PArK mode (turning of the control outputs), by setting the tunE parameter in level 1 to PArK:
To put the unit into “Park”
1. Press the UP and DOWN keys until tunE appears
2. Hold down the * key and press the UP key until the display says “PArK”.
3. Then press the UP and DOWN keys for approx 5 seconds.
The display will show the temperature alternating with the word “PArK”.
To take the unit out of “Park”
1. Press the UP and DOWN keys until tunE appears
2. Hold down the * key and press the DOWN key until the display says “Off”.
3. Then press the UP and DOWN keys for approx 5 seconds.
The display will show the measured temperature.
