Parameter "rEc" can be set to "coLd (restart from controller setpoint after power-off), or "hot" (continues with profile after power-off if one was running).
Chose which you prefer.

Check that the setpoint "SP" is set to a suitable safe value.
Page 1 - PROGRAM DEFINE MODE Section
After a program successfully completes, the final setpoint value of the last segment becomes the new controller setpoint value
Check that all programs end with a suitable safe final setpoint value, even ones you don't use, just in case you run it by mistake.
