Easter is nearly upon us and Easter eggs make the self-confessed chocoholic team at West Control Solutions get even more excited about temperature control. Easter is a time of the year – another being Valentine’s Day – when gifting chocolate is widespread. Apparently, the average child will consume over 2.5kg of the stuff over Easter – most of it probably by lunchtime on Easter Sunday.
